“Website non-functional, Contact Us declined due to a Captcha that did not exist on the form, customer service not at all helpful. Finally able to secure the order because I created an account and was able to log in (NOT a step even suggested by customer service call). Too much time/effort expended to abandon the order but will NEVER return.”

“This is the hardest site I have ever used. I had to repeat over and over. There is no way to color the edges of the sign. I would never use plastic outside. This is a professional sign and it is not treated as such.”

“The website glitched!! I attempted to create an additional design but the web page went blank and wouldn't allow me create another sign. I tried refreshing and logging out and back in...still nothing. I didn't get what I wanted. I'm not happy honestly.”

“Not happy about the advertisement at the top saying 40% off ship in 24 hours. When I get to check-out you charge $19.00 for the shipping in 24 hours. On top of that, the few options you have for shopping is ridiculously priced. Also, it's really difficult to adjust the back and front of the signs to look symmetrical, you should be able to automatically adjust one side to match. I will not be telling all the agents in my brokerage company to use this company for signs. Ridiculous!!”
