“For my first training qualification gained utilising CTC, I was surprised at the positive and simplistic direction of the learner dashboard.
The inclusion of templates and examples were great and assisted me enormously whilst completing the Level 3 CAVA qualification.
My tutor Craig was fully supportive and took time to explain in great detail, whenever I required clarity on the provision of exactly what portfolio evidence was required for each unit.
I would highly recommend CTC as a learning platform to anyone considering further enhancing their learning and qualifications in their chosen field.
A thoroughly enjoyable course and I will be back to complete my IQA qualification in the near future.
My only criticism is the lack of option to choose an E-certificate and/or a paper one. I would have been willing to pay the additional fee for an actual certificate to be sent, should the option have been available.

However the humans there excel when things are not smooth. I had personal issues and problems, CTC supported me through, and were a beacon of light in an otherwise dreadful year. “My experience with CTC was great!
I did my course level 3 (PTLLS) a while back now(2019). I can honestly say I received the course content promptly and Chris was a great support and responded quickly to questions I had. I had never done an online course prior to this so I was a little apprehensive.
The course was straightforward to follow if you put the effort in. Submitting work was easy to do, feedback was usually very quick. I completed my course so quickly within 3 months and I was also working full time as cabin crew.
I would have no hesitation doing another course through CTC, it’s great value for money and the team were supportive. In short it did what it said on the can!”

“I have not yet finished my AET Level 3 but I wanted to write a review at this point to encourage anyone who may be thinking about taking this qualification with CTC Training to go for it! Firstly, what a great price for a professional course and qualification. The material is easy to follow and support is only an email away if you feel you need it. If you feel able to move forward without any support you can just move through the assessments fitting them in with your own life and commitments.
The feedback provided is informative and motivational highlighting what you have done well and also indicating other factors that could have been included in your answers, therefore enhancing your learning. I personally found the 250 word limit difficult on some answers particularly when there was a lot to cover in the question. To date I have had the most contact with Kelly Morgan via online video call and email. Kelly is helpful, informative and pleasant and I would not hesitate in recommending this course to others. So, if you haven't signed up yet...just go for it!”
