“Ricky Jonson was really very very helpful. I was so worried as i couldn't find any good flights online. I had few questions regards to this flight i wanted to book and ricky very kindly helped with all our questions. He is really helpful, kind and very understanding! i would recommend him to everyone!”

“Initial online booking was for £140 but failed. Got call from very helpful agent who informed me that prices went up to £155 which was still the cheapest flight so went ahead and booked”

“KATHY WAS VERY PLEASANT & VERY GOOD AT HER WORK SHE KEPT ME CALM WHEN I WAS UNDER A BIT OF INTERNET FRUSTRATION. I DON'T NORMALLY USE THE PHONE TO BOOK MY TICKET BUT WOULD RECOMMEND IT IF YOU WERE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET THE SAME PERSONNEL I DID.. THANK YOU CRYSTAL TRAVEL & KATHY”
