“I booked 9 seats today from NCL - CUN with Freddie Smith. He was very friendly, helpful and patient and worked hard to get the exact flights I needed for a good price. Very happy customer, I will definitely call Freddie for flights again Kind regards Wendy Doran”

“having used Crystal Travel for the 1st time i was very impressed with your man Christopher Smith. he not only got me a great deal he also made every step clear and easy for me to be able to make booking with yourselves a pleasant experience. i will tell all i meet to use your company for there travel journeys and i will defiantly use you again. once again thank you Christopher for your help and friendly manner. 10 out of 10.”

I was very pleased and happy with the service that Kathy provided to me. I was also very happy with quick, accurate and secure way of dealing with the booking. “Kathy was very helpful during the transaction And she explained to me what happened with the transactions as my money didn’t get thru to the system. Kathy help me to do manual money transfer which I really do appreciate. I will definitely coming back book again fights and will recommend Kathy to some of my friends..”

“Christy from crystal travel was a major help, she saved my night as I was struggling with re booking a flight after a disastrous day where my flight got cancelled. She went through all the available flights with me that were suitable for me and my situation. She was very patient and gave me her number so if I had any queries she could help me, and again she went through checking in online with me step by step and really put me at ease. Best customer service I have ever received, dont know what I would of done with out her. Thank you Christy!!!”
