“Excellent quick no fuss service for micro suction earwax removal. Both myself and my wife would recommend John. A much better solution than using olive oil for two weeks prior to G.P. syringing.”

“John is the utmost professional, he works with you to find the right solution for you, and the aftercare is amazing, years later he will come and check everything ok. It is all so convenient as well, with home visits at your convenience. I am amazed at the quality of service and the after care. I rarely make recommendations but with John you must try his company”

“It's not everyday that you can employ the services of a professional and really feel as if you're in the hands of a friend. John is fantastic, simple. He knows his stuff and is fair to a fault. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Great guy and what a professional!”

“Home service useful and generally punctual. Product I bought was my first and is generally helpful, but I still have great difficulty hearing in all social and other noisy situations. And battery life expensively short and often embarrassing. However I do not hold Crystal accountable for these problems. At present it seems hearing aids are only a partial solution to partial deafness and monaural hearing”

“I bought a pair of Oticon Agil aids from John Lloyd of Crystal Hearing in 2010. Home testing and advice were fully satisfactory, the price was far lower than from other sources. and the aids were a big improvement on their predecessors. This has been folloewed up with regular visits for re-testing and adjustment, and purchase of an Oticon Streamer with phone & Tv attachments which have proved a great help. I can thoroughly recommend Crystal Hearing”

“A personal and patient service by a knowledgeable hearing audiologist and great after sales service. Also they are prepared to come into the home which saves worrying about where to park etc. Good value hearing aids and excellent service. Will use again.”

“Thank you for the prompt service when I lost one of my aids being without it helped to get a replacement straight away. Just a phone call or mail to John and he is in contact immediately and I do not need to leave my house and as I am 85yrs getting out is a major problem. Mrs B Tracy”
