“Sally was professional and friendly. She clearly explained what she was doing and showed me details on a camera. The price details are up front and I'm very happy to go to Crystal Hearing again, as and when I need to. I'm also happy to recommend them.”

“definitely 5 star treatment I received from Sally arriving to get an Apt for wax removal as i was miserable being deaf from ear wax Sally was on her lunch break put herself out and it did straight away for me as she was busy later i cant thank her enough life was so much better afterward I will recomend others to use Crystal Hearing {100%professional}”

“My wife and I are repeat customers. Sally treated us on this visit but Peter has done so before. We were met at the appointment time. Sally was very professional and careful. I had full confidence in her. I did not experience any discomfort. Sally explained what she was going to do. My hearing is much clearer now. As discussed with Sally I will visit again in 6 months.”
