“I was very impressed with Sally’s care and professionalism. She worked with great precision, explained each step clearly, and gave the impression of someone who genuinely takes pride in doing the job properly. The improvement in my hearing has been quite spectacular—rather like having the volume turned back up on the world. Highly recommended.”

“definitely 5 star treatment I received from Sally arriving to get an Apt for wax removal as i was miserable being deaf from ear wax Sally was on her lunch break put herself out and it did straight away for me as she was busy later i cant thank her enough life was so much better afterward I will recomend others to use Crystal Hearing {100%professional}”

“My wife and I are repeat customers. Sally treated us on this visit but Peter has done so before. We were met at the appointment time. Sally was very professional and careful. I had full confidence in her. I did not experience any discomfort. Sally explained what she was going to do. My hearing is much clearer now. As discussed with Sally I will visit again in 6 months.”
