“My wife and I are repeat customers. Sally treated us on this visit but Peter has done so before. We were met at the appointment time. Sally was very professional and careful. I had full confidence in her. I did not experience any discomfort. Sally explained what she was going to do. My hearing is much clearer now. As discussed with Sally I will visit again in 6 months.”

“From the first contact with the online booking, form filling, directions, timing, to meeting sally , having my ears looked into, and viewing them through a camera, the whole journey was really excellent. “10/10 would HIGHLY recommend. Came here after boots were not able to remove ear wax build up, turns out my ears were completely blocked. Came to sally, who is wonderful by the way. I was really anxious about having things put into my ears, had a pre-procedure chat, then showed me with the awesome camera Inside my ears and then followed the microsuction. There was a potential for my needed ear irrigation with water which I've had in the past elsewhere which worked a treat but on this occasion the procedure was completed with microsuction only. Procedure was very fast, I was comfortable throughout and sally was great at keeping me relaxed! Sally was able to completely unblock my ears, after suffering from headaches and hearing loss for a few weeks! She showed me my ear drums and gave me some general information about them and what I was looking at which was pretty cool too! I left the appointment so happy I can't explain, my symptoms have already started to lighten so thank you Sally, genuinely I'm so thankful!”

“I visited Crystal Hearing for the first time today due to a blocked ear and was seen by Peter. I was expecting a build up of wax which turned out not to be the case. He showed me the inside of both ears on the screen. He then suggested what could be causing my current issue together with possible solutions. I had a very nice chat with Peter and he only charged for the consultation rather than the full ear wax removal treatment I had booked. I believe other companies would have gone ahead and done the treatment and charged me the full price regardless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this friendly and spotlessly clean clinic.”

What stood out the most was her friendly and reassuring attitude throughout the process, which put me completely at ease. “Booked appointment on the same day. Sally was excellent in explaining everything as she went along and used both microsuction and irrigation, both of which were pain free. Am extremely happy with the result and will return to get this done on an annual basis as recommended. I have no hesitation in recommending this great service. Thanks!”
