“Thank you for the prompt service when I lost one of my aids being without it helped to get a replacement straight away. Just a phone call or mail to John and he is in contact immediately and I do not need to leave my house and as I am 85yrs getting out is a major problem. Mrs B Tracy”

“Service is amazing. I initially had lots of problems with the hearing aids but John persevered and pushed tha manufacturers to swap out the faulty units. He never gave up, he was clearly on my side. You can have confidence with Crystal.”

“I have now bought two hearing aids from Crystal Hearing and they are brilliant. They are very thorough with the tests in the first place and respond very quickly to any email I might send. They also send me replacement batteries as soon as I ask. Altogether I could not ask for anything more as they are also really nice people.”

“My mother and I have been with Crystal Hearing for four years and my brother has recently got his first aids. We are delighted with the fast professional courteous service that we have always received from John Lloyd - we feel that we have been given the best aids for our needs at the best price.
