“Crystal Hearing was recommended by a friend with in-ear aids I had not noticed until he told me. Mr Lloyd visited at the exact time arranged, aspirated the was and performed an audiogram which, as a doctor myself, I already knew, showed a severe high tone hearing loss both sides. I bought a single in-ear Siemens selective high-tone aid for what I took to be the worse side. As expected, it has taken time for me to get used to it but it undoubtedly clarifies certain speech and Mr Lloyd has been most attentive in following my progress. H. Barrie MD,FRCP,FRCPCH”

“Crystal Hearing is outstanding. I purchased a hearing aid in 2010 and had very good advice and the follow up treatment was excellent. I was so impressed that when my elderly mother needed to purchase new hearing aids due to NHS problems, I had no worries about the Audiologist visiting her at home and fitting her with two hearing aids and at 86 she is absolutely thrilled with them. “I searched the Internet and looked at various high street solutions before finding Crystal Hearing which seemed to offer exactly what I was looking for - a good price with personal service at home. I was not disappointed! John has been excellent in responding to my query promptly, recommending a hearing aid solution that I am very pleased with and at a fair price. He also followed up quickly on a couple of minor items that needed attention. My wife is also very pleased as she doesn't have to shout at me as much!!”

“My father was fitted with a pair of Phonak hearing aids and a DECT phone by John Lloyd of Crystal Hearing. He says he hasn't heard like this on the phone since he was a young man. Mercifully he can now he can hear me. Many thanks.”

“I needed to replace my then existing hearing aids. I first tried a local hearing aid centre where I was given a very perfunctory test and was recommended to purchase a pair of hearing aids at a very high price, which was put down to the excellent back up they provided. I felt it was more a sales pitch than a hearing loss evaluation. I subsequently contacted Chrystal Hearing Ltd and received a visit at my home from John Lloyd. The first visit was devoted to a full evaluation of my hearing loss which was plotted on his computer. It showed that I have a very severe loss of hearing in my right ear and a loss also in my left ear.On his second Visit he confirmed the test results and discussed with me the pros and cons of different hearing aids and finally decided that I would be best served by GN Resound hearing aids a state of the art device which is also compatible with Apple products. John Lloyd took mouldings for the in ear amplifiers and when the final version arrived they fitted perfectly and I was astounded at the clarity of the sound. John Lloyd was insistent that I took my time using the Hearing aids to satisfy myself that I was perfectly happy with the results. It was not till the then that I paid for the devices. I know that should I ever have any problems with my Hearing Aids , I can rely on John Lloyd to sort them out. I have no hesitation in recommending Chrystal Hearing Ltd to anyone who is considering purchasing Hearing Aids and looking for help and subsequent Back up and Support. George Orchard.”
