“We were put onto Ian King, via a vehicle builder/manufacturer when looking to purchase a new build vehicle from them. We had very little contact with the vehicle builder, all of our initial contact was with Ian when arranging finance and purchasing the vehicle. Ian told us the advanced payment amount that we needed to put down to secure the vehicle, which we did. It was £5000. It turns out that the vehicle builder isn’t honest about the weights that the vehicle weighs, and what they can carry, making them unfit for our purpose. We cancelled the vehicle after 4 working days, the builder has then decided to keep our money even though he provided no contract, no terms and conditions, and going against distance selling regulations. Instead of helping us, Ian and Creditas then provided someone else the finance on the vehicle helping the builder to profit an extra £5000 and they continue to work with this supplier even though he has no legal terms and conditions in place Creditas state because no finance was executed on their side they have no involvement in the situation. If dealing with this company, do not part with any money. As they are helping rogue traders to operate and steal money. Shameful, we have raised a separate complaint with the fca and legal ombudsman.”

“I applied for my first loan and they really helped me in getting it through guidance at every step. Very professional ( Mr Goodyear) very happy that I contacted him for my loan.
