“I'm enjoying it. The only issue i have is there's not enough work collecting from Manchester area. But that's not courier experts fault obviously.”

“I have tried to bid on many available jobs but every time I try I don't get the job even though I very close upto 23 minutes from collection point. I hope this improve with an update on the mobile app.”

Hi Mohammed, I see you have completed 8 jobs in the last 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately you won't get every job you apply for, as there may sometimes be someone closer or someone who applied quicker than you. In any case, you seem to be having reasonable success and if you use the app as you suggest, that should improve your chances. Thanks Andy.

“Great membership scheme, good services. But there tends to be a lot of inactive live jobs that are not do able and unrealistic timing. If jobs are not ready to be done, it shouldn’t be published because there will be high number of jobs applied for and few allocated.”

Many thanks for your feedback, which is noted. However, I would like to take this opportunity to explain why we gather interest in jobs from drivers, prior to the customer paying for the job. When a customer is ready to pay, they often want to know how quickly we can get a courier to them or if we are able to get a courier at all. By putting the jobs out to driver's prior to booking, we are able to gather interest and communicate to the customer, prior to paying, how quickly we can get a courier to their collection, which often can be the difference between the customer booking or not booking.

“Having been a member of Courier Expert for about a month now I can say that it has paid for itself already. The app is very easy to use and the staff are always friendly and helpful. On the whole a useful addition to the courier work I am already doing.”

“The Courier Expert staff are very polite, professional and easy to deal with and we have enjoyed working with them. My only concern is the pricing which can be better especially given that most jobs mean that there are no backloads on the way back and hence the pricing appears to be too low.”

“Only recently joined Courier Expert, although still a little early to judge, but they seem to be a good company to work for. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I'm hoping that I can carry on having the same rapport with them as I have had in the first few weeks.”

“Courier expert is providing plenty of work for car owners unlike other companies which has helped me a lot as im not in the position to invest in a van. The whole process of applying for jobs and the POD process is simple. The only thing i dont like is that i get paid 30 days after i complete a job.”
