“I jave joined as a driver this month. But in my area (Coventry) , it seems to have barely get an order. It might be because of the area , I am not getting any order. But I would like to cancel my subscription for now. Could you please help me in this?”

“Everything is not as described. There is a map with routes, but only those who are nearby go. If each has 2 drivers, then each has one trip per month. It’s not a fact that you will be chosen, even if you are ready to go. And always better to double-check addresses. Because the navigator only shows the radius of the location. But not the address itself”

“Very hard to get a job as driver. Very limited job numbers for huge number of drivers. I can’t how you can get a job trough this app.”

“I still hoping that it will be worth join. I pay membership FEE Insurance extra Insurance for £10.000 worth goods my Own car petrol plus my time and i had in one month £302. Job. !!!!”

Hi, Thanks for the review. I see since you joined 3 weeks ago, you have completed 6 jobs so far, for a value of just over £300. That equates to average earnings of around £400 per month, for an ongoing investment of £10 + vat. The return on investment is postive and some couriers make much more than this. As you have now completed more than 5 jobs, you can now apply for trusted status, which will increase your chances of securing more jobs.

“Been a member since 2015 and get very little work. the send you jobs for over 60 mins away when the will not allocate when they don't even consider you for. I have applied for over 500 job a 80/85 at most not very good. In one occasion i was less than 10 min walking distance from collection as it was on my road and it was allocated to somebody else. They have their preferred drivers and allocate accordingly.”

Hi Kenneth, Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry if you feel you have been disadvantaged, however having looked into the matter, we don't believe this is the case. We do try to allocate jobs fairly to all members where possible and I'm satisfied that no one has been singled out as a favourite. I'll send you a more detailed private reply . Thanks Andy.

“I'm not receiving enough jobs at the moment to make a full review. This is probably due to the Corona virus and places are closed. The website and instructions are easy to navigate.”

“Concept is good and works well when allocated jobs. However, it can be extremely frustrating when, in my case, the success rate, so far, of allocated jobs to applications is only 20%”

“Good place for flexibility. Need to be proactive to get good jobs. Make sure you contact them to fully understand how this works”

“Provides great flexibility, but we don't get told how the process of allocating jobs works. It can be confusing and very frustrating at first, but once colleagues told me how this works, fully, it made more sense”

“The staff at CE are very good and polite but I don't think you can make a living from just one courier company, and this industry is very competitive. I have read the Courier Guide and it's very interesting. CE have too many members and so you are generally unsuccessful with most jobs, even though you keep looking at the hub. Location and dead mileage means for some jobs you barely pay for your fuel and lose out. If you get return loads/work regularly in the same direction to your Base it may be worth it. At times I feel it's more of a interest in driving and delivering and meeting new people, just achieveing the task makes me happy. But it is very tiring & stressful on long routes especially with traffic jams and accidents etc. But I do enjoy it once I have delivered & there is not much money to be made after taking into account wear & tear, insurances, MOT, road tax etc. This is my true opinion and every body has there own I suppose.”

“I found it very difficult at first to even be accepted for a job. Having completed a number of jobs now I am hoping that there will be more work available to me to help grow my business and use Courier Expert to not only obtain extra work but to nullify empty return journeys”

“A company like yours should do weekly biling Have you heard of invoice financing,as your a big company it's easier for you,than a courier to get this sort of financing A driver has better cash flow and so could do more jobs.”

“Like the system. CE team is always very nice to speak to. However I can't see how I can rely on this for my monthly income.”

“Hi. For me there isn't many jobs nearby. I have a better chance of getting work for a better price from CEs competitors. However I virtually always check CE in the morning . I've done a couple of backloads which have been useful. The staff are always helpful!!!”
