“the company is great for work. however it’s not reliable for monthly income. you can only get 1 job in a day. service wise is great but getting jobs is difficult”

“As a driver. Although good the platform could do with more jobs as still very limited amount available or at least that show to me. I have applied for hobs that collections we’re ten miles from my drop off point for current job which would have made my return journey worthwhile. And on arriving at drop off and entering POD, the other things was then given to somebody else, this was quite annoying at the time as I was then only twenty minutes away from new collection point. Apart from this my only issue if the amount of service charge taken and percentage earned from each job, as for the jobs I have done it works out at less than 50p per mile covered, due to not being able to get any return or onward work.”

“During these trying times work is scarce i'am confident it will improve as the virus subsides all work received from courier expert has come with detailed instruction and any problems incurred have been swiftly dealt with by the team overall it is a good platform to collect extra work from .”

“So far in the 3 years I have been a member my experience has been a good one. The booking. Billing. And payment process are straightforward and always on time. Not a criticism. But the area I am in doesn’t seem to generate the volume of jobs required. Just the way it is”

“I have done 4 jobs this week. The staff are very helpful and understanding. In the current climate this is a blessing just wish there were more jobs in the CH area but that is not Courier Expert fault would recommend them to anyone.”

“I have found Courier Expert to be very helpful. I could done with being offered more jobs more frequently. When completing long distance jobs you really need return work for jobs to be financially viable”

“It’s nice to hear the CE guys on the phone. You can tell, helping you is a priority to them. If you take pride in the service you offer, as I do. CE incentives let you know they have your back. Rejoining and becoming a VIP lifer was a no brainer! Looking forward to working with you guys!”
