“Good Morning, The reason why I have given this service a poor rating as I found it so hard to be successfully on my biddings on collection and deliveries. To the point I almost wanted to make a complaint and request a refund on my membership. I only stuck to it as I thought maybe only due to the lockdown and pandemic I have no other options. “I was on the motorbikes in the seventis done the vans done the muiltidrops now hgv 1 just retired so i know what i talking about applyed for twojobs yesterday both 9 miles away did not get themthe other was co post code 26 miles away20m minutes did not get them when you apply it dozun mean youget the job it kept on system for over an hour the way i see itthay plck who dolng lt which i think is a bit ifey the first who apply should get the job how do you know if any feeding going on i fill something not right so plus you be lucky if you get one job a week”

“The idea sounded good but the reality is you are not going to get the ideal jobs, plus even when you do there is unlikely to be any return jobs to make it worthwhile. The 40% CE take from the job fee and the amount you pay for petrol leaves you with a depressing sum. Couple this with the fact that you have to wait 30 days for any payment to come through... House wins again :/”

“Found this company on a basic google search and joined with VIP membership. Did not get a single job in a week, so not exactly complying with what they advertise. Their customer service which is apparently handled by one person seems to be ok, but that’s pretty much all I can say about it. In terms of making some money out of it to cover the expenses with the insurance, fuel and the time wasted, I doubt it’s going to be cost efficient to anyone. I would say to look around for other more competitive companies.”

Hi Ahmed, I have had a look at our records and it appears you have had 12 jobs since you started with us 2 weeks ago. I apologise if you haven't had any long distance jobs yet but please do keep trying - we try to be as fair as we can, but we do have to keep the client's best interests in mind and if there is someone with a shorter ETA then it tends to be allocated to them.
