“I have been a courier for some months now and Courier Expert were the people I started with first. Joining was easy and everything was supplied to me in order to make me a success. Initially I was just dipping my feet in the water but after a couple of months I "pushed the button" and became an Independent Courier in my own right and as such now do work directly for my own customers along with getting work by other means and subcontracting to other courier companies. Although the lions share of my work comes from elsewhere now I am still an active member of the CE team and I hope to remain so for the long term. The team at base have been very helpful when there have been problems and in some cases we have been able to work pro actively to get the job done and keep the customer satisfied. I'd certainly recommend CE to any budding courier's and if you do a good job, consistently they will call on you when there is work in your area, I know, it happens regularly to me. It's just a shame I can't help all the time as I now have other customers. From a customer point of view I have never dealt with a complaint and as far as I know have never been complained about :-) The system I think is set up so well that customer complaints should be at a minimum and while I cant guarantee every courier will be the perfect example of customer service I don't think they will fall short of the mark. In my opinion CE are not only good people to work for but they are also good people to use for your courier needs......especially if you get me !!! I was only joking about the last bit really :-)”

“Controllers and always helpful and never had any issues with any of the team, they are happy to talk you through anything and resolve any issues you have on the job promptly. They always pay on time but just wish there was more work we could cover.”

“My experience with Courier Expert has been a very positive one so far, I have been working with them for around six weeks and have not encountered any problems, the internal team are all very helpful and efficient, they send the work through quickly and always supply more jobs in the area you are delivering in when possible. “I've always been about good customer service and Courier Expert help deliver that to the customer. From the level of support from the office given to the drivers... In the short space of time that I've been with Courier Expert - many of the customers have been astonished at just how soon their items have arrived, or to what lengths the drivers will go to assist should a problem occur. From a suppliers point of view, that has to be win-win.”

“Courier expert was ideal for me, when i was looking into going into becoming a self employed courier. “I enjoy this work, as it suits me to work as and when due to health conditions. I never have any problems with collections and deliveries and any small problems with pay get resolved straight away. I would recommend Courier Expert to anyone who enjoys driving and wants extra money to fit in with their lifestyle.”

“A very satisfying experience working for CE. I would like to be accepted for more jobs where the collection is early morning but 2/3 hours away and the delivery is 30/60 minutes from home. This could mean being home by the middle of the day and been able to do another job(s).”

“Good courier company, with all essential subjects of courier work covered by respectful and nice people. Pleasure to work with CE, on the contrary to many courier companies, at least witin M25. I've been cooperating with them for a Year so far, and I don't think of leaving. The only issue is 30 days payment rule, which can be a pain in the neck of poorer people before it clicks on, but this is probably calculated to keep cowboys away.”
