“Excellent communication between controllers and couriers , prompt payment. Downside could be more local work (Leeds) and possibly a android app for quick access”

“The staff are always Friendly and treat you like their own. I never have any problems with collections and deliveries. I would recommend Courier Expert to anyone who enjoys driving and wants extra money to fit in with their lifestyle.”

“The courier expert back office support team are warm, friendly and always are available to give any extra support and advice on route during the collection and delivery of the goods my route if I need it. From a drivers perspective it has been a very good experience. There is always room for improvement. For example, it would be good if drivers could received constant text message alerts from a courier expert traffic management team to advise of possible known traffic problems ahead during length of a couriers journeys. This will help drivers to update and manage their satnav journey times more efficiently thus saving time and money which would result better productivity and happier customers and drivers alike.”

“I'm only a reserve driver at the minute but would love to be able to pick some jobs as I know I could do better than I am.I've only been a member since the 16-11-15 but didn't start doing jobs since the 23-11-15 at which I feel Patricia have or are doing an ok job,which can only get better.”

“I Joined CE recently and was amazed at the way they work. I actually consider CE better than other companies out their. At first I thought it was a scam but after joining I saw their true colors. The staff are always Freindly and treat you like their own. Keep up the good work!!”

“I have been with couirer expert since april 2014, I have never had any problems with there system i have always get jobs allocated to me and have been called to cover work they have very good customer service team and very helpful staff. I will recommend any person to work with this company.”

“In the beginning the job opportunities were a bit slow, but 3 months in I am now receiving plenty of work. A great help in starting up as a self employed courier. Would definitely recommend courier expert to anyone wanting to start up on their own.”

“I came across Courier Expert about an year ago and I thought its was a scam when it got to the payment page for membership. But I gave it a try last month after reading the reviews and now I think that I have wasted a year. Its really nice to work with Courier Expert as a Self Employed same day courier. I get to meet new people and see new Places and Businesses every day and I think i will be able to make a good living from it. The support staff is very helpful but there is one thing which needs improvement and that is invoicing system. There are some companies in the market who are doing payments by BACS every week without self invoicing and that is ideal.”

“The staff are very friendly like you were a part of their team and very helpful if any problems then you just ask them and they are right on it. The team behind the desks do all the work for you and they are getting to be a bigger concern. I wish I had heard of them years ago. I would recommend them to anyone all day long.”
