“Booked a VW 1.6L caddy for a same day return to London, upon arrival to pick it up the caddy was no longer avail. Had to take a bigger van.. I got this at the same hire cost but this cost more in fuel and more on the toll road to guarantee I made it there and back within shop hours. (I didn’t want to leave the hire van parked on the street over night for the risk of damage) A phone call or email from the Stockport office would of been useful prior to picking up. Giving me time to rent elsewhere.”

We're sorry your booked van wasn't available upon collection. Unlike other rental companies we don't operate an overbooking policy, but very occasionally a vehicle cannot be released for rental - for example if a previous customer is late bringing one back. “Having rented a Luton van with a tailift, we have been hit with charges to repair scratches to the loadbed on the tail-lift which considering the type of vehicle this is and that this part of the vehicle will be subject to heavy duty wear and tear I am perplexed to say the least. Following no support from our local branch who we have dealt with for over 10 years,we are currently looking into alternative local suppliers. Disappointed to say the least.”
