Having rented a Luton van with a tailift, we have been hit with charges to repair scratches to the loadbed on the tail-lift which considering the type of vehicle this is and that this part of the vehicle will be subject to heavy duty wear and tear I am perplexed to say the least.
Following no support from our local branch who we have dealt with for over 10 years,we are currently looking into alternative local suppliers. Disappointed to say the least.
