“Easy to order, item plus p&p was a little on the pricey side but I’d been let down by another company so decided to purchase as needed for a gift. Was worth the extra cost as the order arrived quickly and was well packaged. Lovely pasta bowl, exactly as per description/photo. Thanks”

“Goods turned up safely and perfectly packed. All as described and as expected. Nice to see and read from the flyer in the box the packaging used was not new but had been recycled but all in good condition.”

“Bought a traditional advent calendar and it looks even better than in the picture. Really pleased with the quality. Delivery was a little slower than usual but we are living in strange times so that is to be expected. Can't wait to open the first window.”

“Disappointed with the tracking service- a reference number which was not recognised by the post company. After enquiry, a phone call saying that that number was for Cotswold Trading's benefit, not mine; this was not what the e-mail said. These are difficult times, I appreciate, but my order was very slow to arrive and no communication prior to my enquiry. The advent calendars arrived, strangely, the day after said phone call- first class post!”
