“Disappointed with the tracking service- a reference number which was not recognised by the post company. After enquiry, a phone call saying that that number was for Cotswold Trading's benefit, not mine; this was not what the e-mail said. These are difficult times, I appreciate, but my order was very slow to arrive and no communication prior to my enquiry. The advent calendars arrived, strangely, the day after said phone call- first class post!”

“Customer service was excellent and if the order had worked out and would have given five stars but the pretty pop up advent calendar with the family by the tree had two children and only a mum. Beautiful product but because of this it had to go back. The associate coordinated the return seemlessly and even replied to my email on a Sunday. Email replies were all very prompt. The other issue was that in spite of good protection bin the box, the packaging on one item was badly bashed and so I would not have been able to give is a a present.”

“The product looks lovely online, and the quality really is pretty good - but the bag was so small. Check the sizes as the picture online implies it is bigger than it is. Absolutely no good for what i bought it for. Now in back of shed.”

“I think the service was good. I ordered a photo frame, unfortunately it was delivered with broken glass, which was quite dangerous. The emails from the company are no-reply so I’m going to try and find an email on the website to provide photos etc. Thank you”

“All fine but way too much plastic packaging. Can Cotswold take plastic pollution and ecological disaster more seriously and send stuff in paper or biodegradable plastic? I don't think I would order again if that much packaging is involved but I love the eco product you sent and it was prompt.”

“Not happy that due to CT’s lack of stock I ended up paying 3x the item price as postage was not reduced to reflect the fact that only one item was available. My bad as I took the phone call when busy on other matters. No response required/desired, will do better next time!”
