“Purchased a couple of items online but forgot to use a discount voucher they’d sent me as a 1st time customer; I called after placing my order and spoke to someone very friendly and polite who immediately arranged a part refund. The items arrived very promptly and even came with a lovely little (blank) card, which was a lovely touch. I’d definitely use cotswold trading again based on this experience.”
