“I love Cotswold Trading. Whenever I'm in Broadway I can't resist visiting the shop and nearly always buy something. This time I had to buy online as I wasn't due to go to Broadway and needed birthday presents - great website to navigate, many beautiful things to buy - lots of inspiration. The parcel arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged. Unfortunately I had received one item which was the wrong thing but this was exchanged quickly and efficiently and postage was refunded. All in all a great shopping experience.”

“Not had this fitted yet. I bought this to replace one. Measurement is a bit tight so not sure if it will cover holes left by previous rail”

“I had been waiting for an item to come back into stock so contacted Customer Services via the website. The response was immediate and very helpful. I subsequently ordered the Pigeon Grey three-pint enamel jug which arrived a few days later in perfect condition. Excellent service and an excellent product.”

“I used their online website tp make my purchase which was really easy to use. My items were dispatched immediately (arrived 2 days later) and as they were plates, were packaged really well with recyclable materials. “When I visited your shop, I bought my sisters the make-up removing cloths for Christmas and they all loved them. I recently ordered two more for a niece and for myself. A representative phoned to explain some colours were only available in plastic packaging and wanted to ensure that this would be acceptable to me before sending. I felt this was excellent customer care as some people may have objected. For me, it didn't matter. The goods arrived quickly and I am very happy with them. Thank you.”

“I ordered a Robert Welch toilet brush/holder and received a Robert Welch toilet roll holder instead. It was packed in a very flimsy outer box which was damaged, but thankfully the item itself was fine. I rang Cotswold Trading to let them know I had received the wrong item and their customer service was fantastic. The correct item was sent out on a 24 hour delivery (this time in really secure packaging), with a prepaid label and a mailing sack (which however was way to small to use) to send the wrong item back. 5 stars for price, speed of delivery and customer service, but only 4 stars awarded due to poor packaging and lack of attention to detail.”
