“Ridiculous that they don’t provide return postage paid and I could t return in store! Makes the whole returns process too difficult and no confirmation email or tracking on the parcel. Overall just go in store and don’t bother with the online orders.”

“The reason I rated it poor was that I received an order on Saturday and when I opened the package it was not the shoes I ordered resulting in having to return them today and the postage cost me £4.00 which I hope will be refunded to me as it was not my mistake.”
