“After leaving my original review a really lovely lady called Noilin phoned me and completely sorted out my problem with my returned order and explained that the shoes must have come in from Clark’s like that. Noillin apologised and then refunded me in full plus my postage to and from Cordners. Thank you Noillin.”

“These are lovely shoes but unfortunately, they had a few marks on the leather. I was disappointed with the colour it wasn't quite what I was expecting. I returned the shoes and received the refund in days, very quick and efficient service thank you. I ordered the shoe in another colour and I love them.”

“Many companies will go out of their way to attract your custom, but not so many will be there for you AFTER a sale. Thankfully, Cordners has an excellent attitude towards customer service. Unfortunately, my purchase arrived damaged through no fault of Cordners, and they were unable to replace it as it was sold out. The support staff offered me other shoes in exchange, without any "hard sell", but I decided to have a refund instead. The staff responded promptly to my request and the refund was back in my bank account within 48 hours. If only I lived nearer then Cordners would be my first stop when buying shoes in the future!”
