“Didn't receive email to confirm order. Had to ring company. Otherwise order was delivered very quickly”

Hi, thank you for order at Cordners. I apologise that you did not receive emails for your order. We have software in place to prevent emails going to junk mail folders but on the very rare occassion due to different mail box settings the door gets closed on our incoming emails and they end there. Thankfully you called and we were able to advise.

“Really good product! The only let down was is you have to pay for delivery (which is understandable) but the shoes didn’t fit and they have no exchange policy so had to send them back (which I had to pay for) to then reorder more and pay delivery again and buy more before I go the refund. Which in total has cost me roughly £15. Apart from that they came in good time considering the current situation. Will be ordering from here in the future.”
