Hi, Firstly can I thank you for your order at Cordners. We are extremely sorry to hear that you have had an unsatisfactory experience with us. Our normal policy is to send an email to explain that an item is out of stock due to inaccuracies with our stock which sometimes happen during extreme busy periods such as Christmas and our current Bi-annual Sale. Customers receive this email before the Credit memo email is processed. With the current lockdown restrictions we are operating on a skeleton workforce and sometimes this pre-cancellation email is missed. I can onIy apologise for this and hope this does not deter you from considering Cordners for your next online shoe purchase. Regards, Cordners Online.

I was contacted to say that since click and collect wasn’t an option they would send them without a postal charge. I was really impressed with their customer service. I have used this shop before and always found them friendly and helpful.”
