“Excellent customer service when I accidentally ordered the wrong colour of shoe/bag. Easily and quickly rectified by telephone and my order arrived very promptly.”

“Great to deal with excellent service, my only criticism was I did not receive an email after my purchase showing my item order had been placed. i think parcel tracking would be great just like. “Ordered mule slippers on line. Lady rang from Cordners next day to say they hadn’t got the colour but they had burgundy and if I didn’t like them to return them. Her call was efficient and friendly and made you feel your order was important to them. They duly arrived a day later, loved the colour and a perfect fit. Extremely pleased with Cordners and would highly recommend them.”

“Rang the shop first and was speaking to Chloe in Ballymoney l think. She explained how online ordering worked. When l went back to Web page later that day l was delighted to be able to avail of a further percentage of discount. Ordered the shoes as a birthday gift and they arrived very promptly. The recipient was delighted at the box arriving in the middle of lockdown and especially the fact that this particular brand and style of footwear were still available. This was the 4th pair so well done to Cordners stocking these every year. Happy customer”
