“Although the shoes didn’t fit my son in the end the website was easy to use and delivery was quick. The sticker inside made them relatively easy to return, I used Royal Mail 2nd class which cost about £3.”

“-Totally happy with service, but not happy with returns policy. Purchased a pair of sandals, which were uncomfortable. Paid £4 to safely return item, plus refund did not include the initial postage. Total cost to customer £ 32.95, refund from company £ 25. Why should Cordners be paid for a non-sale, please? Not good!”
