“Cordners offer a very good online shopping experience. Ordering, processing and delivery generally smooth. Unfortunately on one of my orders I inadvertently ordered from .uk site and when items had to br returned this added considerably to cost of same. I addition DPD failed to collect package on either of 2 designated days. It has yet to be collected as they are now on holidays. This was not the case with Redz ankle boots but Patillo? shoes.”

There was an issue with the initial delivery and Vicky from Cordners took the time to call personally and check with me what the situation was, since it seemed to her that something was off. She quickly identified the problem, had it sorted and the item arrived in good time. In a market where so many online orders go astray and dealing with issues is relegated to bots, with no ability to divert from scripted responses, it was such a pleasure to have a human being take real interest in sorting the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending Cordners.”
