“Been a regular customer out of the Ballymoney shop but will never go in there again. Bad customer service and who ever does the refunds is lazy. I left back a pair of shoes and she is sitting in the back room doing nothing. Saying it takes 5 days to refund”

“My first and only experience with Cordners was not good. I ordered two pairs of plimsolls for dancing for my daughter and her friend. Only one pair arrived and I had to email. They apologised and sent the second pair. When the second pair arrived, only one lace arrived. I needed to get in contact for a second time and a pair of laces were sent out.”
