“These are lovely shoes but unfortunately, they had a few marks on the leather. I was disappointed with the colour it wasn't quite what I was expecting. I returned the shoes and received the refund in days, very quick and efficient service thank you. I ordered the shoe in another colour and I love them.”

“Many companies will go out of their way to attract your custom, but not so many will be there for you AFTER a sale. Thankfully, Cordners has an excellent attitude towards customer service. Unfortunately, my purchase arrived damaged through no fault of Cordners, and they were unable to replace it as it was sold out. The support staff offered me other shoes in exchange, without any "hard sell", but I decided to have a refund instead. The staff responded promptly to my request and the refund was back in my bank account within 48 hours. If only I lived nearer then Cordners would be my first stop when buying shoes in the future!”

“I’ve ordered from this shop many times as their customer service is excellent, I had ordered online a pair of sketchers and unfortunately when I got home they were to big so I rang their web number and explained to the girl I needed a smaller size , the service I received was excellent and within 24 hours I had the smaller size . It’s great to shop at a place were they deff look after their customers”

“Unfortunately my experience has not been good with Cordners of Portadown . I bought shoes yesterday and when I got home I realised I had already bought the same make and style of shoe . I immediately tried phoning the shop to explain but when the call was answered I could hear ladies voices but I wasn’t spoken to and the receiver was put down .I phoned back 5 times and no one answered.I drove to the shop this morning and was directed to a manageress who I can only describe as having the personality of a slug.I was told that they do not give refunds and would be given a credit note. This credit note cannot be used against future sales items but yesterday my money could be . I questioned their policy and was handed a leaflet from beside the till which had nothing to do with the issue,but would lead me to believe that the shop is experienced in this type of complaint.When I explained to the manageress that the leaflet was irrelevant to my issue she pretended not to be able to read it because she had no glasses .I know she can write because she wrote her name on the leaflet but I’m not sure if she can read .Because of my experience I will not shop in any of Cordners stores in the future.
