Shoes fell apart after a few months. They said it wasn't anything to do with them even though they were under 'warranty'. Very upsetting from a local business which the family has always supported.

I have returned shoes to you at a cost of £8.95 as the right shoe was very much narrower than the left. I was very disappointed.

Hi, I am very sorry you've had an unsatisfactory experience with product from Cordners. Its unfortunate that you did contact us with regards to the quality of the shoes you received. Our normal policy is to offer a replacement pair, sent out free of charge and would also send you free returns postage label to return your item but this could not be done as you did contact us about your issue. I hope that this does put you off using Cordners for your next footwear purchase.
I ordered trainers only to be advised a few days later that my order could not be fulfilled.

Hi, Firstly can I thank you for your order at Cordners. We are extremely sorry to hear that you have had an unsatisfactory experience with us. Our normal policy is to send an email to explain that an item is out of stock due to inaccuracies with our stock which sometimes happen during extreme busy periods such as Christmas and our current Bi-annual Sale. Customers receive this email before the Credit memo email is processed. With the current lockdown restrictions we are operating on a skeleton workforce and sometimes this pre-cancellation email is missed. I can onIy apologise for this and hope this does not deter you from considering Cordners for your next online shoe purchase. Regards, Cordners Online.
I always use your service, shopping or on line, but I ordered a pair of trainers on line it took two days to be informed something was wrong with my order, I then ordered them again because they were still showing Avalability on line, I was then informed they were not available any more, my suggestion is just remove from the site so it can’t happen again. Any other time the service is amazing

I also see that the Delivery address is different to your billing address was this the case? Ordering and delivery reasonable. But, the picture of the specific shoe advertised (shown light tan image attached) did not match what was sent (very dark brown). And despite wrong shoes being sent I have to pay the returns.

Boots arrived with a defect. Grey boots had some sort of silver colouring on 1 boot and had to return them. Furthermore I had to pay postage despite being no fault of mine....not a happy customer. Surely they should have been checked for quality prior to being despatched....in my opinion someone's not doing their job properly !

One of the items I ordered was out of stock even though I received a confirmation email and a dispatch email. The item was simply refunded. Then the delivery was misssed as I had no idea when it was to arrive and now I have to wait the entire day in the flat as there is no delivery time or window. Not to mention that I have already received an email from Cordners saying "We trust that you are satisfied with your purchase and with your shopping experience at Cordners". Well I am not happy or satisfied at all.

Customers receive this email before the Credit memo email is processed. We can only apologise you were not sent one. The confirmation and shipment emails you received were for the 1 pair that was in stock and were dispatched out to you. Because you had selected our standard shipping option which is an Untracked Royal Mail 48 hour service it does not give you a breakdown of its journey and we do apologise - This option is only available with the Royal Mail Next day Guaranteed service. I bought 2 pairs of boots in Cordners Newtownards Co.Down, when I wore one pair for the first time they leaked and my feet were soaked, I took them back and spoke to the manager. She was aggressive,argumentative, rude and down right unhelpful, she said the dress boots sold in Cordners leaked, she said because of the weather it was to be expected, she refused to do anything other than contact the manufacturer, she was 2 call me back 2 days later, I got a call back almost a week later. The staff in Cordners are dreadful in general , they are rude and abrupt, I feel as if I am putting them out. I won't be back and I will tell as many people as possible, I want 2 shop local but the customer service is a disgrace, if I could give no stars I would the manager and staff need training and manners.

The wrong product was sent to me. I had to return and request a refund. Im now £5 worse off and no product. Returning items should be free of charge. I double checked this was mens when ordering on thr website. Either somebody made a mistake ordering or the web is incorrect. Either way im at a loss for trying to shop with you. Won't be doing again

The sales process and delivery was superb however after wearing the shoes on two occasions they have split on the broadest part of my foot. This has happened with the 2 shoes!!! My foot isn’t overly broad and I feel I should get more than 2 wears out of them. This was a week after purchase!
