“Boots arrived with a defect. Grey boots had some sort of silver colouring on 1 boot and had to return them. Furthermore I had to pay postage despite being no fault of mine....not a happy customer. Surely they should have been checked for quality prior to being despatched....in my opinion someone's not doing their job properly !”

At Cordners we strive to exceed our customers online shopping experience and on this rare occassion we are deeply upset that a faulty boot has slipped passed our quality control team. At this moment in time we do not have a 'pre paid' returns label system put in place but as part of our faulty returns procedure we will provide you with a refund for this service as this was an error on our part.
