“Good price for a smart air conditioning unit, but I have marked it down a star for describing it as an easy fit unit, which it most certainly is not. It needed professional installation and took two guys from a local company almost 6 hours to assemble and install.”

“Neil and Brian dealt with an appalling situation caused by their courier DpD in a calm and understanding way and in the end arranged for a different courier to deliver the missing/damaged box. Had the delivery happened as it should have then it would have been an excellent service. The product is great so far and the service would have been spot on. They were definitely let down by DpD.”

“Quick concise answering of my questions, a DIY installer... might want to fix the roof in your warehouse though, quite a lot of bird poo on my box! Feet on the condenser were slightly damaged, but i bent back into shape and painted them over... More a fault with the manufacturer packaging than the seller. So far happy with the unit.”

“Although I consider myself a competent DIYer I have never installed a heat pump before. This kit comes complete with everything you need, except pipe clamps, I would recommend that when you order this you also include a pack of Griplock No1 pipe clamps for attaching the pipe work to the wall. The instructions were very comprehensive and take you step by step through the installation process, if you need further help then search on Youtube, there are many videos showing you how to install these systems. I can thoroughly recommend these, they really do give out quite a lot of heat and produce very little noise, I shall be buying another one soon”
