Although I consider myself a competent DIYer I have never installed a heat pump before. This kit comes complete with everything you need, except pipe clamps, I would recommend that when you order this you also include a pack of Griplock No1 pipe clamps for attaching the pipe work to the wall. The instructions were very comprehensive and take you step by step through the installation process, if you need further help then search on Youtube, there are many videos showing you how to install these systems. I can thoroughly recommend these, they really do give out quite a lot of heat and produce very little noise, I shall be buying another one soon
