Neil and Brian dealt with an appalling situation caused by their courier DpD in a calm and understanding way and in the end arranged for a different courier to deliver the missing/damaged box. Had the delivery happened as it should have then it would have been an excellent service. The product is great so far and the service would have been spot on. They were definitely let down by DpD.
