“I would highly recommend COO Jewellers. We have used them twice, several year apart and have they been excellent both times. They have made two bespoke shaped rings for us that fit perfectly around an antique engagement ring. The workmanship is second to none, and communication was brilliant at all times. We would definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“Thank you to COO Jewellers, we was recommended to these guys via a friend, I had searched high and low at the shopping centre for our rings and we just couldn’t find anything within budget. When my friend recommended me to COO i thought oh god I will never be able to go to a real jewellers and afford these rings but the prices were amazing! And the quality was so much better than a jewellers you’d find at the shopping centre. Amazing huge choice of rings even for men! I found my perfect ring and will definitely be going back for anymore jewellery I need for the wedding. I would recommend COO 100% they was also so helpful.”

“We have had great service from Colin at COO from the moment we met at the Chelmsford Racecourse wedding fair to picking up our rings. He did an excellent job advising us on what would match my engagement ring and the metal choices that would work best for my fiancé. Reassuring to work with someone who is clearly knowledgable about his product and isn’t trying to rip you off. Collected our rings today and they’re amazing, couldn’t be happier with them. Thanks.”

“From first contact to picking up our wedding rings, Colin was brilliant. Nothing seemed too much trouble, he even went out of his way to interact with and involve our 2 year old daughter. The rings are superb, the quality is excellent.”

“Colin who we dealt with was so friendly l, professional, and patient. Choosing our rings was time consuming because of the wide range available, but he kept giving us advice and more styles to choose from. Pricing also clear, and VERY fair. Beats a high street chain hands down.”

“I met a lady from Coo Jewellers at a wedding fayre at our venue and tried on a few wedding rings, finding the perfect ring to go with my engagement ring. We then booked to go down to the Essex shop to try the ring for a second time and find my partner a ring. Colin was so helpful and suggested i went for a slightly different ring without edging so that it flowed better with my engagement ring. He also helped my partner find a ring despite my partners reluctance to even get one! Colin kindly arranged for the rings to be posted to us to save us another trip to Essex. Customer service and communication perfect throughout. Thoroughly recommend!”

“I couldn't recommend COO Jewellers enough and will be advising all of my friends about their incredible service/ offering! I first heard of COO jewellers through my sister's friend who purchased their weddings bands at COO last year who equally raved about them. Colin and his team bent over backwards to ensure we had our wedding bands in time for our big day. I required a bespoke curved band and I'm so glad they were able to create such a perfect ring that fit snugly with my engagement ring. Worth the investment and the price was unrivalled. Thank you again Colin and team!”

“Our wedding was booked with only 3 weeks notice due to covid and having already supplied my partners wedding ring earlier in the year, I called Colin to see if he could help. Colin offered us a great service. He listened to what I wanted and offered some good options of finishes and weights. Colin managed to get my ring made with nearly a week to spare. I’m really happy with the finished product, it feels really solid and weighty compared to what I found in the high street. Overall amazing service and product, would 100% recommended”

“I can not thank you enough for your fantastic service and my gorgeous bespoke ring I’m actually in love! Beautifully made And Colin made the whole experience magical for me!! I also brought al 7 of my bridesmaid gifts from here and they are amazing quality!! Defiantly would recommend especially if you want that personal magical experience”

“My fiancé has a thing for heart shaped stones, to match her engagement ring. I took the ring to COO jewellers at Martels showroom in Essex and was delighted to learn Colin already had hold of an over 1ct white sapphire cut to a perfect heart that he was able and willing to have mounted for me and turned around in the space of 2 weeks, brilliant for a last minute Larry. I could not have wished for more”
