“Amazing from first meeting to final collection after needing a resize on my wedding ring. Both mine & my wife’s rings came from Colin at Coo Jewellers and you couldn’t ask for a nicer person to help you shop for your special rings! “We first met Colin 2 years before our wedding at the wedding show at Chelmsford City Racecourse. We knew what type of rings we both wanted & Colin had exactly those. Fast forward 6 months & we had an appointment to go to Colin’s office and pick our rings and which metals. The process was effortless & Colin was so helpful. The rings were made & we collected them within around 6-8 weeks. Then came the wedding 16 months later. My now husband had lost weight meaning his ring didn’t fit nicely. We took it back to Colin after the wedding who sent it back to Hatton Garden and it was resized with no fuss or issues and back within 3 weeks! The whole process from meeting Colin, right until collecting the resized ring was seamless, all communication was done by email or calendly and I couldn’t recommend Colin or Coo Jewellers enough! Thanks so much for everything you helped with!”

“We had such a lovely experience with COO Jewellers when choosing our wedding rings. We dealt with Colin, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the best options within the budget we had. Colin actually designed my wedding ring bespoke to match my engagement ring, which had been purchased elsewhere. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and created something that matched my engagement ring beautifully. The whole process was so easy and stress free, from choosing our rings right through to collection. Colin was also kind enough to clean my engagement ring free of charge on both occasions we visited, which was such a lovely added touch. We honestly couldn’t recommend Colin and COO Jewellers enough. They offered an absolutely fantastic service, including engraving our rings, helping with my engagement ring re sizing and allowing us to try on multiple styles across various days. “Service for the rings was very professional, the initial meeting to review the ring designs was a casual conversation, rather than big ticket prices being pushed at me and my partner, Colin let us make the decision and choose the designs and materials, very happy with the service, and regarding the payment, COO was very reasonable with the initial deposit and did not feel out of pocket. 10/10 service.”
