“The servicee works as anyone would expect. Though the companies that quote do not, in that at least one or two companies constantly call for weeks, all I ask is that I get the quotes online, followed by an email, then it's up to me to followup with any quotes I receive,if I wish to.”

“You certainly provided a lot of quotes but then I got absolutely bombarded by emails from the conveyancing companies. Way too many emails.”

“The idea is good - get several quotes online quickly by providing the details just once. Disappointed to find that most respondents are just "partners" of conveyancing firms - small unqualified operations looking for referral fees and offering nothing after putting you in touch with their selected choice of professional. Well worth finding out who they choose and checking their feedback before you commit. Many quotes imply fixed fees but the small print reveals they are not so don't select on price alone - you'll almost certainly be billed for more in the end.”
