Did not receive the Urban Decay pencil - got instead an extra sample size which I could get for free at any Lancome store. Just cheap products - might as well join Birchbox. Had this box for 4 months now and every month is a different disappointment.

If I could rate it a zero I would. I paid for my first box 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. I had an email to say it had been dispatched by Royal Mail 3 days ago and it's still not arrived and the tracking number they provided was non existent! They took £35 out of my acccoubt and then another £35 before I had even received my first box. I feel like I am going to be spending a lot of time on the phone over the next few days!

Which means, for example, if you subscribed in September, then your first box will be delivered in October. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. Hence your payment in the previous month for this months beauty box. We dispatch all of our subscription boxes between the 5th & the 15th of each month. All parcels will be sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. Our Customer service team will contact you immediately to help you track your beauty box.
They mis-advertise and don't tell you that there's a £35 joining fee. Cancelled my membership immediately

I paid for a box on the 31st July £35 they then took a further £35 the following day, Iwas then told I would receive a box by 15th august it never arrived, after what feels like 100's of emails and phone calls to which you rarely get a response the phone number is always busy no one attempts to call you back! I have emailed to cancel and ask for a refund! £70...... I wouldn't bother with this beauty box unless you have money and time to throw away!

we are in August and i'm still waiting for the JUNE and JULY box. i keep sending emails but very late reply and my boxes did still not arrive. I would have expected you to feel ashamed for the miscommunication and make the delivery of the 2nd month in time....but here I am in August, still waiting for June and July boxes to arrive.... of course i canceled my subscription, this is not acceptable!

If I could give zero stars I would. Never answer the phone. Don't respond to messages. Royal Mail say they have no notification of the beauty box that Cohorted say they despatched 3 days ago. Now paid for 2 & received nothing. Avoid.

Very disappointed with the fact that you pay for two boxes in advance, but "apparently" you only receive the first one up to the 15th of the month, today is the 13th and there are no signs of delivery arriving anytime soon. So I have paid for two boxes in June, today is mid-July and I haven't received even one ... not to talk about the VERY delayed customer service. When you pay £35 for a subscription box you expect good customer service and luxurious service, this couldn't be far from the truth - if I had read the reviews, I would not have signed up for this at all ... canceling my subscription right away. SHOCKING.

Paid for 2 boxes already and not even received 1. Emailed them asking for the 2 boxes, and still no reply (2 days now) I will cancel immediately after I've got the boxes. Bad customer service, and I don't like the fact there is no phone number to call. They are in control of all of this and we have no choice...we just sit and wait...how bad is it that!?

Not impressed. I subscribed for a first month black box. I read the terms and conditions it was clear to me I was paying just for that month it wasn't ongoing. Then seen all the bad reviews and decided to cancel it quickly. When I came to cancelling it. It said it was going to take ongoing payments. I did not sign up for that. now that I have cancelled I want a refund, however I have emailed the customer service 4 times and have not received any correspondence.

The box first received 2 weeks late was absolutely rubbish and wasn't worth £35. They don't include premium products in the slightest, they are new brands that are trying to get into the spotlight. I then try to cancel not once but twice after I was assured the account was cancelled but then one month later they take another payment. Absolutely ridiculous customer service, no phone number on the website you can only contact them via email. I won't be ordering from them again such a rip off!

AVOID! Payments were taken as per agreement but by the 24th of the following month I still hadn't received my box. Received several generic emails promising it was on its way- tracking number was fake and did not work- nothing arrived. Saw the box contents online and that others have received theirs so waited in the hope mine would come. No luck. Subscription cancelled and £70 out of pocket. Please do not waste your time or money- such a disappointment.

Signed up in February and still no sign of March box. If you're going to advertise a time frame of 5-15th of the month you should strive to meet that promise! I received an email to say it had been shipped on the 17th but still nothing. Now fear this is a scam!!
