“APc let down rally but wouldn't deliver without signiture, was only an A4 envelope!! No option in order routine to opt for signed or unsigned. Correspondance was prompt and eventually redirected and hopefully delivered.”

Thanks so much for taking the time to let us know about your experience with Clickpost! We really appreciate you giving us feedback and are sorry to hear about the issues that you had with APC. We understand how frustrating it must have been to not have the option of signing for your order, and that having it re-routed caused further delay. Having looked into your order I will have to raise the issue with APC as your order was marked "IF CUSTOMER NOT AVAILABLE LEAVE IN POSTBOX/SAFE PLACE". APC should have left the order for you safely. I will be in touch via private email.

“roll the flipping prints do not fold”

Hi Terry, Thanks for taking the time to review our plan printing service. We feel its a little unfair to leave us a 1 star review. We only offer folded delivery which is clear on our website. You also have to tick a box before you pay to confirm you understand that all drawings are folded to A4 size. I have checked the order and tracking - We printed, folded and delivered in the prescribed time.

“Delivery was ridiculous”

Thank you for taking the time to review us. Your review is the first contact you have made with us regarding your order. I have checked the tracking on your order which displays "Sorry, we tried to deliver your parcel on 18-04-2023, but there didn't seem to be anyone in. Please choose an option below." You should have received a text and email to arrange a re-delivery. In any case, we have re-issued the order to be delivered the next day. I hope this helps resolve your issue.

“I needed an urgent next day delivery for a few drawings, I had paid a premium for next day delivery before 1pm. Disappointingly drawings never arrived on the time slot agreed. I wouldn't use again”

“The ordering service from Clickpost was easy to navigate and very efficient however the delivery service from their carrier DPD was appalling items delivered to wrong address even sent a photo to showing the item on the doorstep the only problem was I wasn’t my doorstep very annoying as the POD stated I signed for it 😤 so took me a few hours to track down who had actually took my parcel in. DPD customer service were useless.”

Hi Danny, Thank you for your positive feedback regarding the service Clickpost provided. We are disappointed to read about the service you received from our courier on this occasion. We use a variety of couriers best suited to the order placed; however, as of late, with the Royal Mail strikes, we have relied further on DPD. I have raised the feedback with our DPD account manager; Couriers must perform the service that has been paid for by our customers. “It was inexpensive but when I received my print it was bad quality, the print was barely seen”

Hi Matt, Thank you for your review. I have looked into your issue and it would appear there was a typo in the email address you provided to us when the order was placed. “Recent order of detailed engineers drawings for a house build. Nothing came back as ordered. Scale sizing was wrong, number of copies was wrong. Waiting for the correct drawings as ordered originally will likely cost a day or so on the build.”

“Printing was incomplete and very poor quality”

Unfortunately, as stated on our website, we do not provide full colour poster printing, and all prints are folded to A4 size, hence the reason for your dissatisfaction with our service. “I got a print which was classified as "Art" by yourself; however the "Art work" was folded like a piece of paper and sent in an envelope. Considering that I was getting printing done by professional printers who recognised art as art it was very disappointing to receive the art work folded which consequently was of no aesthetic use.”

Hi Alex, I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with you order. We value honest and constructive feedback, however following your email sent to us after your review; it should be noted that we are a drawing printing service for constrcution drawings and construction documents, not a full colour poster printing service. You also complained that your prints were received folded. Our website clearly states that all drawings are folded, packaged robustly and delivered.
