Firstly, we want to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced due to the incorrect printing of three out of the eight drawings. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we deeply regret any confusion or disappointment it may have caused on your end. As this is the first time we have heard from you regarding an issue, we would like to kindly ask you email support@click-post.co.uk to specify which drawings were incorrect. Understanding the exact problems you encountered will enable us to issue replacements to you ASAP.
Printing was fine but was let down by delivery. The item ordered on Thursday before 3pm didnt turn up until Monday although I paid next day delivery.. The item ordered on the Friday turned up saturday.. Unfortunately i needed the items saturday as was traveling for work on the sunday which was why i needed the drawings. As a result my order was wasted money...

Hi Tom, Firstly, I'd like to express my gratitude for taking the time to review Clickpost. Upon thoroughly examining the specifics of your order, I've observed that you ordered full-colour posters. These were duly delivered folded, within the timeframe we stipulate. However, I do recognise that perhaps it would have been more appropriate for your order to have been declined at the outset. Negative feedback often stems from a mismatch between expectations and outcomes. It's indeed disheartening for us when we receive adverse remarks for a service we don't actually cater for, namely full-colour poster printing. Our speciality lies in printing, folding, and dispatching construction drawings and technical plans. I sincerely hope you can appreciate our perspective. It would be beneficial for both parties if, in the future, a comprehensive understanding of the product or service is established prior to placing online orders. Regards Andrew Evans

Good service but paid specifically for next day delivery Thursday before the cut off for next day and arrived the following Monday which was too late as client needed next day

Hi Philip, I can confirm your order was processed and issued to the Royal Mail for next day delivery the same day. Unfortunately, the Royal Mail let us down on this occasion. Paid for next day delivery uploaded all my files on the Sunday night in the expectation they would process and ship on the Monday before 3pm as advertised didn't receive them till Wednesday afternoon

We provide next day delivery on orders placed before 3 pm with Royal Mail Special Delivery selected. We note that your order was placed after 3 pm with 1st Class delivery selected on a Monday. Therefore your order was processed on Tuesday and subsequently delivered on Wednesday. You said next day, £3:95 and it took 3 days so I missed it.
