“Maps were excellent. The delivery service let you down. for which we have since been refunded. we would use your service again”

Hi Karl, Thank you for using ClickPost! We are disappointed to read that you expected your order on Saturday. However, for delivery on Saturday you have to select and pay for saturday delivery option at checkout. I hope this helps.

If you have any issues, always get in touch so that we can address any problems. I have taken a look into your order and can see that 3 out of 6 PDF files provided were not to scale and therefore printed not to scale. I hope this helps.

“Delivery arrived without a named contact on - just the address. I provided a name, it was just not used. This lead to some confusion and delay.”

“Hi I thought the service was fine and it was what I was looking for. I have to say the quality of the prints (engineering drawings) were rather faint and so the some of the detailed text and line marking was not easy to read. What I am not sure about is whether it was the original drawing or the faintness of your printing. Thanks Richard”

I have checked the postage cost presented on your order and it matches with the Royal Mail. It would appear the cost was calculated correctly.
