“The first batch I received I bought it in a tin. It was creamy with a delicate hint of bergamot Although I purchased a second batch, without the tin. This batch lacked the creamy texture and tasted quite bitter”

“I occasionally buy from this company as I believe the tea to be good quality and priced well compared to rivals. However I was recently disappointing in their customer service as I'd ordered the wrong tea so sent an email to them straight away to ask for a swap to a different tea, but they didn't get back to me for a few days after the tea had been delivered. Otherwise they are great and my tea arrived within 48 hours of a morning placed order. I will continue to use them”

“First time ordering. Excellent quality tea, reasonable price, fast shipping. I found the company cause I first tried the milk oolong elsewhere and it was nothing special. I then found Chiswick, the tea is so much better quality and a bit cheaper . I totally recommend Chiswick”

“my order arrived via Royal Mail but the photograph of it went directly to my junk mail so I never knew it was there and so it must have been stolen after a few days of its arrival as it was left inside the street door of our building.”
