“As usual the delivery of my repeat order of Mao Feng leaf tea was efficient and prompat. Mao Feng is my favourite green tea - simply delicious. My husband enjoys your organic rooibos too.”

“My wife loves the Rooibos tea, it has great flavour and is the best we've found since our previous 2 suppliers retired and closed their businesses. My only complaint is that you send out a 'Chiswick Tea' coaster with each order. We don't need them so they are a waste of money and resources as they just go in the bin! You could charge less if you didn't have to pay for coasters!”

“This is easily the best chamomile tea available. I think it's success is causing supply problems. The last 3 times ive ordered I've not been able to get big quantities, normally I would order a kilo, and this last order it was only availablein 100g bags. This means it is costing a lot more! Worth it, just but I'd rather not be constantly reordering”

“Excellent tea, reminiscent of days gone by. I bought the tea because the bergamot oil is advertised as natural, and not only natural, but cold pressed. This is how it was 60 years ago and the flavour is really distinct and fresh. Many other tea firms pass off chemically "identical" bergamot flavouring as the natural product. It's not. I appreciate honesty in retail so this company gets my patronage because of that and of course, the natural tea with natural flavouring sourced from the tree itself. The tea is of an excellent quality, without taint, and has a good clean taste that is just right on the palate. There is no undertone of tannin and the flavour is both invigorating and refreshing, clean and does not leave a residual taste. It is far better than Harrods too, I might add. The price is competitive with other providers but the quality makes it a far better tea for the price. Postage is wicked of course, but that is not their fault, but because our GPO will leave it kicking around for days and other carriers will dump and leave, so I get the overnight delivery. It's worth it and if you can afford the tea, you can afford the pain of it being delivered. One other point....,the packing was good - sealed wax-like paper bag, hygienic and clearly respectful of the product. I shall be buying again. The company certainly did not pay for my critique, the product speaks for itself, but if they would like to send me a free sample of lapsang souchong I would be most impressed.”
