“I recently placed an order for tea and a tea pot which was a gift, I needed to change the delivery from standard to next day and emailed customer services, they changed the delivery and I got the teapot so I could make the gift to my friend on her special day. Thank you, great service, and my friend was delighted with the teapot.”

“The Earl Grey tea is my favourite tea and my Chiswick Tea Co. storage jar is amazing - the tea is still as fragrant/fresh as when opened. Very happy that the packaging as well as the tea bags are plastic free and biodegradable.”
