“I avoid reviews but in this instance just wanted to formalise how efficient, yet again, the experience of receiving your tea has been. The design of the packaging - is both pleasant to look at and easy to use. Finally, will quickly add lovely tea. Thank you.”

“I turned to the Chiswick tea company when my primary source (The Tea Palace) repeatedly offered poor service . Late delivery and impossible to contact. I'm pleased to say my experience at Chiswick was great. Easy to order and arrived promptly. No fuss and a good product. I shall be back.”

“Good glass tea pot. Good quality and pours well. My only criticism is that the lid has a superfluous ‘lip’ on the lid which is very likely to break off during use/ in the dishwasher”

“Always buy my tea from Chiswick. Always come on time. Was a little disappointed as my camomile tea did not arrive with my order this time. Will say Chris got back very quickly to say they will be sending some to me. So thanks to Chris.”
