“I ordered a new teapot lid. Wayhay! Spare parts!! :-) I ordered the wrong size. :-( Returning was easy. :-) Getting the right size was easier. :-) :-) Chris was lovely and made sure all was happening as I wanted and needed. :-) :-) :-) My teapot is brewing a fresh cuppa as I type. What more could I ask for?”

“I was pleased to find a local-ish company selling chamomile flowers for my morning tea. I got hooked on it in Greece. It has become harder and harder to get Greek chamomile (the best in my view) since Brexit made exports from the EU to UK so expensive. This Egyptian chamomile was a good substitute, maybe not quite so rounded and full of sun and honey flavours, but then it is described as 'mild and fresh', which is about right. It arrived quickly and is in a sealed package. Will buy again. Good price as well. Thanks.”

“Tea is excellent. One minor remark: when sending a parcel, please inform the customer by email and provide the tracking number so the customers know when to expect delivery - otherwise Royal Mail could seriously complicate things (especially during strikes, as in recent weeks).”

“I was delighted to find the Chiswick Tea company. Up till now I had been buying my quality tea from Germany. As I haven’t been able to travel for long time I had run out of good tea. The Organic Assam from the Chiswick Tea Co is excellent and arrived within two days of my order. I will order more teas shortly.”
