“We purchased two silver pendants on Friday and they arrived on Saturday, but sadly a major problem as the package had been opened during transit. When we called Cherished-urns Claire dealt with it and we could not have wished for better service. The pendants are just as described and good quality. Our daughter will always be in our hearts but part of her will be with us everywhere we go. Couldn't wish for better customer service which was needed.”

“Absolutely thrilled with my ring. I was very nervous as it was a lot of money and I've never done anything like this before but the whole process was very straightforward and all the ladies I corresponded with were very friendly and put my mind at rest. Ordering was simple and when my ring arrived the packaging was excellent and also the leaflet about caring for my ring was helpful. My ring is beautiful and I will cherish it forever, having a small part of my Mum and Dad with me all the time is extremely comforting and means the world, I love it. Thank you so much, I would thoroughly recommend Cherished Urns.”

“Initially I was disappointed when my urn arrived as I thought it was going to be full size (my fault as I didn’t read the listing properly!) But I love it and have put a small amount of my aunts ashes in it. Very well crafted piece and not at all morbid. A lovely reminder. Very happy!”
