“The service & communications I received were good and I got a prompt, polite & personal response whenever I raised a query. My only comment is that the engraving is rather small, but that's a product of the style I chose. All in all, I can highly recommend Cherished Urns.”

“Communication was amazing. Constant updates on production and shipment. The ring itself is beautiful, better than I could have ever imagined. “I purchased 3 ashes rings when my husband recently passed away , for myself, daughter & granddaughter. All 3 are beautiful . As we chose Stirling silver we recieved them within 7 days of the ashes being recieved . The rings arrived beautifully packaged with a certificate of authentication. The whole process ,from start to finish was done with great care & respect . Remaining ashes were returned 💙 I chose to order online , with no problems at all . I highly recommend Cherished Urns .”

“Thoroughly recommend. A highly efficient organisation with the personal touch so needed when ordering memorial goods. I chose a ring which I am so happy with. It's exactly as described. I was sure it was going to be too chunky but it's perfect. I wear it all the time. Lovely people, lovely ring. A great comfort having our beloved cat with me all the time.”

“The communication and the standard of the charm is very good, I was kept up to date with the progress of the order and estimated arrival of the product after ordering. I used Cherished Urns as a previous item I had with my Husbands ashes smashed when I caught my necklace and broke the chain which resulted in the charm smashing on the floor. With my previous charm, you could see the ashes embedded but with the charm I received from Cherished Urns I cannot see them at all and I also paid extra for the diamond dust and this is not very clear to see either. Aside from the points made above I was pleased with the look of the charm but disappointed with the fact that the ashes cannot be seen.”
