“One year ago my mum sadly lost her sister and my aunty. This came as a shock to us as no illness had been diagnosed. I purchased a necklace keepsake from yourselves to enable mum to have her sister clise at all times. My mum loved her necklace and wears it at all times. The pain has not gone however, the necklace brings a smile to mums face. Paula Piggott”

“When I received the urn the box it was delivered in was in pieces and the box latches were broken. But Cherished Urns replaced the box with no fuss and were very apologetic.”

“Cherished urns need to check your packages as my order was wrong,sadly too late to fix the problem as the items I bought had to be given as gifts to the bereaved family who live away from me. The 2 necklaces that store ashes were ordered and arrived in packaging saying they where both blue but sadly 1 of them turned out to be purple but as I said they where given and sent away for gifts I could do nothing about it apart from bringing it to your attention.”

“I never thought I would have to ever go through the heartache of having to look at buying an urn for one of my children but that is what I had to do, cherished urns were kind, understanding and professional, the urn we chose was packaged nicely and keeps my sons ashes safe.”
