“We had a beautiful urn that was being floated out to sea, it was the serene waterlily that we had. The tide was not strong enough to carry it out so we had to place it in deeper water, that is in no way a negative just a bit of information that may help someone else. It was received well packaged and extremely well made.”

“Would highly recommend them, it was a very difficult time for me, I had a problem with the pendant that they sent me and without any obligation they give me the option for a full refund or a replacement, they were very sympathetic and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“I was so pleased to find this company at such a sad time because i had so much choice , i found the perfect urn . The service was second to none. Excellent quality and the presentation box is equally as good. I would very highly recommend Cherished urns.”
